**The Resource**, reporting to the European CFO and heading a dedicated team, will be responsible for the following activities for two group companies:

- monitoring and supervision of accounting aspects;
- analysis and supervision of the profitability of the orders to support the operating structure (project manager);
- preparation of monthly reporting for local and European management;
- preparation of the annual budget, periodic reports and quarterly forecasts;
- analysis of deviations, related causes and identification of corrective actions;
- setting and implementation of financial analysis and planning policies, through an adequate analysis of the performance indicators in relation to the defined targets;
- setting of the forecast cash flow on a quarterly basis with weekly updates.

The following **requirements** are required for the position:

- Degree in economic disciplines, possession of a Master in Business Administration is appreciated;
- many years of experience in a similar role in structured service companies operating on order or consultancy companies or industrial production companies of international scope;
- Previous experience as an auditor at one of the Big Four will be particularly welcome;
- Previous experience implementing an ERP is welcome;
- knowledge of IAS and IFRS accounting principles;
- Good knowledge of the main reporting tools such as Oracle HFM;
- **fluent knowledge of the English language** ;
- Knowledge of a second language between French and German is welcome;
- Previous experience in managing a team;
- solid relational and negotiation skills, flexibility and availability;
- autonomy, proactivity and spirit of initiative;
- availability for **short-term travel** within Europe.
