**Le tue mansioni**:
Con l’aiuto ed il supporto del Manager di riferimento, le attività previste per il ruolo saranno:

- Supporto nelle attività di Planning, Controllo, Forecast e Budget del costo del personale e degli obiettivi di medio periodo relativi all’evoluzione del costo del lavoro e alla pianificazione degli organici
- Supporto nella gestione delle chiusure mensili con analisi di scostamento dei costi
- Verifica mensile e aggiornamento della variazione delle componenti fisse e variabili del costo del personale
- Monitoraggio e analisi dati attraverso sistemi HRIS;
- Attività di reporting mensile;
- Monitoraggio dei principali KPI HR.
- Monitoraggio dell’accuratezza dei dati inseriti nei sistemi HR
- Analisi di dati in ambito HR;

**Requisiti**:
Il profilo ricercato dovrà avere le seguenti caratteristiche e competenze:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e riservatezza;
- Capacità di gestire grandi quantità di informazioni senza perdere di vista obiettivi e priorità;
- Flessibilità, doti organizzative, predisposizione al cambiamento e forte propensione al problem solving;
- Intraprendenza, curiosità e velocità di pensiero ed azione sono fattori chiave per il successo nel ruolo.
