Key Tasks

Delivery follow up and coordination with factories MA’s and DMO;
Delivery prioritisation with the factories based on customer needs;
Demand planning;
Proposal list creation management and follow up;
Complex / non-standard proposal and media selection support including deck planning;
Basic engineering support;
Manage in conjunction with supply the factory finished product inventories;
Support for pricing decisions - costs;
Consolidation of and reporting on market price needs;
MALP adjustments;
Factory based inventory proposals and management with supply team.

Competencies requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polyurethane, Plastic Processing, Mining or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales, Engineering, Proposals Management or Product Support role(s) for large project activities, preferably with Mining, Aggregates, Mineral Processing or Industrial Minerals Equipment and Projects;
Ability to interpret the data accurately and background experience of dealing with complex and large tender bids and associated documentation;
Experience with Vibrating equipment is essential;
Experience with the use of SalesForce and SAP is preferred;
Must be able to effectively discuss, explain and coordinate requirements and designs with engineers across other functional disciplines;
High degree of precision and attention to detail;
Fundamental knowledge of commercial and legal terms and condition;
Strong negotiation skills;
Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize various activities to ensure timely and accurate compliance with schedule and budget requirements;
Fluent English and Lithuania proficiency, in both, written and verbal segments is required;
Experience / knowledge in Aggregates or Mining and understanding our customers processes;
In depth knowledge of personal computers, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power point).
