**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing an exceptional guest service experience.
- Taking orders and delivering food.
- Setting up and packing down the restaurant.
- Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus.
- Being responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.

**Qualities we are looking for**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- A positive attitude
- Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
- Must speak Italian and English, German is a plus
- Available from March
