SMS group S.p.A. is an Italian company wich can count more than 500 employees in three different location of Tarcento (Udine), San Donato Milanese (Milan) and Genoa, with its wide technical expertise, is specialized in the production of innovative and turn-key plants, such as hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces and heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops and continuous casting machines.

Our Center of Excellence Electrics/Automation is looking for a

**Technical System Manager (Robot)**:
YOU ACT
- The development of automation solutions focuses primarily on the development of software for controlling plant
- Takeover of the programming Lev1 software for a Robotics department and the associated tests including the functional commissioning at our customer’s premises;
- Participation and leading of meetings with SMS internal team, Customers, Sub-Suppliers.

YOU KNOW
- Graduate or Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistical Sciences;
- At last 3/5 years of experience of programming competence in the PLC Automation-Systems (S7-TIA, S7-400); Rockwell, ControlLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT;
- Knowledge of platforms for HMI system development; Siemens SIMATIC WinCC;
- Analytical competence and ability to work in a team;
- Very good English language skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
