**Project Engineering Manager**

Il Project Engineering Manager sarà coinvolto in tutti gli aspetti tecnici della fornitura del servizio, dall'esecuzione di esercizi di fattibilità, determinazione dei requisiti, fino alla preparazione della documentazione dettagliata, técnica e operativa. Il professionista si occuperà della pianificazione, del coordinamento e della gestione dell'ingegneria e del design del progetto.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni/Elettronica/Informatica;
- Capacità di disegno, realizzazione, testing e progettazione dell’installazione di una Rete e/o di un sistema di Telecomunicazione come:

- reti telefoniche, collegamenti radio (ponti radio, radiomobili, HF, VHF, UHF) reti internet LAN, WAN, comunicazioni satellitari, impianti di videosorveglianza (CCTV) e controllo accessi (ACS) per infrastrutture critiche
- Capacità di gestione di progetti complessi
- Leadership
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese per la gestione e relazione dei clienti/progetti internazionali

**Responsabilità**:

- Organizzare e dirigere tutte le forze ingegneristiche nell'organizzazione del progetto
- Assistere il Dirigente nella risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e nella determinazione delle soluzioni
- Coordinare le questioni di ingegneria
- Rivedere e approvare i documenti tecnici, ovvero disegni, procedure, specifiche e richieste
- Pianificare la ricezione e l'archiviazione della documentazione técnica tramite il Document Controller
- Autorizzare richieste di materiali e subappalti in materia técnica
- Segnalare modifiche/lavori supplementari relativi all'ingegneria al PMO
- Collaborare con colleghi, fornitori, rappresentanti di altre organizzazioni per ottenere e diffondere informazioni, consigliare progetti, risolvere conflitti, stabilire priorità, coordinare attività, completare progetti entro limiti di tempo e di budget e fornire assistenza

Sede di lavoro: Parco De Medici + smartworking 50%

Tipologia di contratto: Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato; la retribuzione sarà commisurata all'esperienza maturata e discussa in fase di primo colloquio.
