Business Development Representative

Venair is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fuel cells, and aerospace.
We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customer's requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe, Africa, Asia and America, 3 manufacturing centres and employs more than 300 people around the world.
Due to our international expansion, we are we are seeking a Sviluppo Commerciale (Onsite) based in our sales branch in Castellazzo Bormida, AL (Italy) to develop the business in the South-East Europe.
You will ct as a BDR, working to grow and maintain our portfolio of customers, searching for new business opportunities and analysing the market context.
Tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business (onsite) by doing prospection, cold calling, quotations, follow-up, monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
- Market analysis, and contact/lead creation.
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
- Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
- Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
- Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
- Report to the Sales Manager.
- Other sales tasks.
**Requirements**:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar).
- B2B Sales Experience from 1 to 2 years especially in green fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
- High level of English.
- High level of Italian.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work in an onsite job position and small teams.
