As a leading provider of Risk Management solutions in the European market, Prometeia is looking to strengthen its **International Delivery Team**, by hiring a **GRC Consultant in the fields of Audit, Compliance, Antifraud, Operational Risk transformation via advanced analytics and related solutions**.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is the largest of Prometeia business areas, and is the cornerstone of Prometeia’s reputation in the international market. The thematic areas covered by the ERM Area include:

- Credit Risk
- ALM, Market and Liquidity Risk
- Risk & Performance Integration
- Risk Governance
- ESG Compliance
- Credit Decision Management
- Pricing & Financial Engineering

Placed within the ERM Area, the **International Delivery Team** has been built with the aim of supporting primary banking groups in guide them into digital transformation path.

In banks and financial institution, projects are particularly focused to design and implement digital solutions and deliver best practices to support credit decision processing.

In their collaborations with financial institutions, our teams provide assistance in analyzing and re-engineering GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) processes, in driving the adoption of risk models, in facilitate the transformation of operations and drive bank digitalization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
His / her main responsibility will include:

- Support the Project Manager in management and driving digital transformation processes in Operational Risk, Audit and Compliance
- Assist in the design and implementation of GRC management processes and practices
- Assist in the design of GRC architecture and assess bank technological ecosystem
- Perform data analysis and query data to implement GRC solutions
- Support in the design and analysis for the integration of risk metrics into GRC processes
- Setup and implementation of GRC processes

**PROJECT SKILLS**:

- Effective communicator in a multi-national and multi-discipline environment
- Self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take initiative
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail
- Assertive and excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
- Project/time management skills to meet required deadlines
- Good Microsoft Office skills e.g. excel, word, power point and access
- Expertise in bank processes and organization is a plus

**OTHER SKILLS**:

- Fluency in English languages is mandatory (at least C1)
- Capable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environment
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical skill
- Teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity
- Problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills
