- Your opportunity_

We are looking for an Import/Export Specialist who will be part of our Logistic team based in our Main Hub in Vescovana.
- How you will contribute_
- Garantire supporto alle attività di emissione documenti, spedizione e archiviazione di documentazione di trasporto/spedizione all’interno del team Import/Export
- Supportare nelle attività di fatturazione
- Assicurare il coordinamento con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali in Italia e all’estero (area commerciale o customer service) per fornire le necessarie informazioni al fine di garantire un eccellente servizio ai clienti
- Supportare gli altri team di area logística nella predisposizione ed analisi della reportistica per l’individuazione delle aree di miglioramento rispetto ai processi logistici e conseguente proposta di possibili soluzioni alle eventuali necessità/criticità
- Predisporre regolari report legati alle attività operative di competenza
- Gestire ed organizzare le spedizioni di materiali destinati ad eventi/fiere ecc. e relativa documentazione doganale ove necessaria
- Gestire accuratamente spedizioni PR e Trade Marketing
- Who you are_
- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi di 1- 2 anni
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione
