Una nostra azienda cliente leader nel settore Retail, gestione di spazi commerciali, ci ha incaricato di ricercare l’Head of Marketing che rispondendo al Direttore Operations, curerà la definizione e lo sviluppo della strategia commerciale, implementando iniziative di marketing e comunicazione volte a valorizzare ed affermare il brand.

**Principali attività e responsabilità**
- Guidare e gestire efficacemente la comunicazione al fine di sviluppare la brand awareness e la sua penetrazione, attraverso la costruzione di una forte relazione con i clienti ed il pubblico di riferimento, il miglioramento della consapevolezza e della reputazione del marchio
- Effettuare analisi di benchmarking di prodotto e di mercato per definire gli strumenti di marketing ed incrementare l’efficacia dei progetti commerciali
- Coordinare le campagne di marketing con le attività di vendita e monitorarne l’andamento ed i risultati
- Garantire e supervisionare tutte le iniziative di go-to-market, verificando che tutti gli asset siano stati utilizzati al massimo delle loro potenzialità
- Curare la gestione ottimale delle risorse aziendali (economiche, strumentali e umane) al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi identificati durante l’impostazione delle strategie di business
- Definire, attribuire e monitorare il budget marketing assegnato e condiviso con la Direzione
- Identificare le esigenze e sviluppare ricerche per comprendere le esigenze del mercato
- Interfaccia con tutti i responsabili dei dipartimenti coinvolti nel flusso di vendita e nei processi di comunicazione al fine di sviluppare piani e KPI in linea con gli obiettivi e i target aziendali
- Implementare, gestire e misurare attività innovative e altamente efficaci per la sensibilizzazione ed il coinvolgimento dei clienti
- Valutare e rendere visibili i contenuti/format e attività di storytelling in termini di coerenza del posizionamento e del valore del marchio e di rilevanza per i clienti
- Coordinare due Marketing Specialist coinvolgendoli, motivandoli ed accompagnandoli nello sviluppo professionale

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea/Master in discipline economiche/marketing o comunicazione
- Inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato
- Almeno 5 anni nel ruolo o ruoli analoghi in contesti retail, real estate, outlet, centri commerciali
- Competenze nel marketing strategico ed operativo
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di marketing
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo dei sistemi operativi Windows, Office, piattaforme CRM e di Marketing Automation
