**Position: Training Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update training materials for staff.
- Organize and manage training events, both in-store and external.
- Supervise and coordinate the Field Force.
- Conduct comparative analyses on competitor products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with comparative product analysis and the relevant market.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- A degree in Human Resources, Training, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
