Position Summary

As a Sommelier you will be responsible to deliver exceptional service and a memorable experience to all our Guests demonstrating passion, knowledge and care.

In this Role You Will
Display the highest level of professionalism and beverage knowledge in all interactions with our guest
Make recommendations on food and wine pairings based on excellent knowledge and a good qualification of guests’ preferences
Support the Beverage team in maintaining the appropriate levels of beverage stocks
To promote beverage sales ensuring the correct charge of all beverage items
Anticipate and address guest needs by recognizing preferences to ensure a personalized approach
Address and handle guests’ complaints with empathy and understanding and ensure a timely resolutionù
Maintain accurate and complete knowledge of all products (F&B), services, facilities, standards, policies and procedures
Take an active part in monitoring stock levels and communicate ordering replacement deliveries
Maintain an efficient coordination with all team members to ensure the highest level of service in your department section

Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in luxury hotels or restaurant industry in a similar role
Internationally recognized wine certification
Service excellence attitude and excellent communication skills
Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English
Legal right to work in Italy
