- Completed commercial training in a logistics company, e.g. as a forwarding agent (M/F/d), completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualification
- Sound professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
- Business fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with good assertiveness
- Customer
- and service-orientated way of thinking and acting
- Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel

Your focus will be on **monitoring the correct quantity and quality of our load carriers** at the spots and clarifying any discrepancies. In this context, you will also be responsible for **processing complaints** and handling the **disposition of defective load carriers**. You will ensure the **expansion of our spot network** as required and **organise smaller orders independently**. You will use your expertise in purchasing to **obtain quotations** from our suppliers, **conduct price negotiations and process the contracts**. You will also play an active role in the continuous **expansion of our supplier network.
