Un/una** site manager **da inserire all’interno di un’importante azienda cliente sita nella zona di S. Giovanni Valdarno (AR).
**Posizione**:
Un/una** site manager **da inserire all’interno di un’importante azienda cliente sita nella zona di S. Giovanni Valdarno (AR).
**Di cosa ti occuperai?**
- gestione attiva dei rapporti interni ed esterni all’azienda;
- coordinamento delle squadre di manutenzione di tutti i servizi Hard e Soft;
- coordinamento della manutenzione del building e dei servizi di pulizia;
- utilizzo dell’HELPDESK per gestire le richieste del committente;
- verifica della corretta esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione, dei servizi di pulizia in costante collaborazione con l’RSPP e il Facility Manager;
- supervisione di tutte le attività operative e funzionali relative agli equipment del Cluster SGV;
- analisi e report mensili dei processi (manutenzione);
- controllo e rendicontazione mensile di tutti gli interventi in collaborazione con il Facility Manager della committente.
**Requisiti**:
**Quali requisiti stiamo cercando?**
- necessaria conoscenza, anche base, della termomeccanica
- conoscenze impiantistiche sia elettriche che meccaniche;
- ottime competenze manageriali;
- comprovate competenze tecniche;
- indispensabile esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;
- flessibilità oraria;
