SIME SRL ricerca un Project Engineering Manager con almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione progetti/contratti in ambito tecnico/ingegneristico, capacità di coordinamento di risorse, capacità di analisi dei requisiti del cliente e ottime doti di relazione con strutture committenti, fornitori, altre Funzioni aziendali e con il team progettuale.

**Avrà i seguenti compiti/responsabilità**:
Essere l’interfaccia vs il Cliente per tutte le attività inerenti il contratto/progetto da gestire.
Essere responsabile, attraverso l’organizzazione del team che coordina a progetto, di tutto quanto concerne la soddisfazione del cliente (qualità e tempi) e della società (marginalità, rispetto budget, fatturati, ecc);
Redigere il programma lavori e monitorare le tempistiche dei deliverables di commessa;
Ripartire i budget di commessa verso il team, secondo le linee guida aziendali;
Presidiare il corretto progress tecnico ed economico del progetto, mettendo in campo azioni di rientro in caso di deviazioni;
Nell’ambito dei progetti assegnati, emettere e gestire il ciclo completo delle assegnazioni lavori/attività ai fornitori di servizi esterni, fino alla fase di autorizzazione alla fatturazione;
Interfacciarsi con le altre Funzioni aziendali per ogni eventuale necessità funzionale al progetto.

**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Ingegneria
Esperienza nella conduzione di progetti di ingegneria, preferibilmente nel settore industriale (Oil&Gas / Energia).
Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di produttività individuale (es. pacchetto MS Office) e degli applicativi di Project Management (MS Project).
Ottima propensione all’individuazione dell’ottimale risoluzione di problematiche complesse di tipo tecnico e di tipo relazionale.
Spiccato orientamento al risultato.
Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione, orientamento al cliente.
