Finance Internship

Finance Internship - 6 months

**Location***:
Occhiobello (RO) - Italy

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
Assist the Finance Team and Center Controller with projects related to Manufacturing Plant Accounting.

Rationalization of inventory:

- Month Stock on Hand and Days Stock on Hand Calculation and System update for reliable inventory analysis
- Inventory Data Integrity Project

Perform Center Audits:

- Perform Internal Control Questionnaire for all functions within the Center
- Perform Expense reports Audit
- Perform Segregation of Duties Audit in the ERP
- Perform Approval matrix audit and define a Center specific Approval Matrix for formal sign off

Intercompany Process:

- Working with Centralized Teams to resolve ageing Receivables
- Define process for reconciliation of Intercompany balances between Sister center

Digitalization of Reporting:

- Digitizing reporting on all PnL lines with Power BI
- Data Mining and generate KPIs
- Data analysis and explosion of details for cost control
- Real Time Status update on key financial KPIs

**Qualifications***:

- Knowledge of internal controls
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Interest in Digitalization, Data analytics,
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
