In this role, you will oversee the intake process for new clients. You have strong organizational and time management skills to manage the administrative tasks associated with our intake services.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
New client scheduling New client paperwork Manage and update intake forms Coordinate transfers Manage wait list Maintain updated referral and resource lists Track and runreports Improve accessibility Respond to access calls Verify insurance eligibility (Medicaid and Commercial) Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED and 24 credit hours of college education or accredited training program in substance abuse counseling and|or other human services area. Higher education given preference. Required certifications or license:
IAODAPCA certification CADC, or above. LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC Two (2) years paid work experience in a substance abuse, correctional, or other human services counseling position. Must maintain a valid drivers license. At least twenty-one (21) years of age. Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI). Non-communicable diseases physical exam,drug screen. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. Why Should I Consider Abraxas
