Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a VIC & Sales Specialist who will report to the Store Manager and Grand Vendeur as part of our dynamic team based in Florence.

How you will contribute- Support the Grand Vendeur with implementation of VIC activities on worldwide level- Building and strengthening relationships with existing customers, understanding their individual needs according to their customer profile under direction of the Store Manager and Grand Vendeur- Work closely with different corporate teams to select the right client profiles for local and global client activations in-store and off-site- Support customer portfolio development, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention- Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers, exceeding their needs, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Jewellery Products- Manage all the back offices, house operations and processes connected to the Clienteling activities (including cash operations, invoices, receipts ecc.

Who you are- Degree in Marketing or Economics- Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in a Luxury Company- Good knowledge of reporting tools and analytics- Customer driven orientation- Positive and proactive attitude- Good communication skills, ability to work in team, problem solving and proactivity- Detail oriented, good project and time management skills- Fluent in English, Italian and another foreign language
