**HR DIRECTOR EMEA**:
**Main responsibilities**:
La figura dovrà rappresentare da un lato un autorevole riferimento funzionale sull’intera area del Personale sotto l’aspetto operativo e strategico; dall’altro un leader capace di cogliere e perseguire le opportunità di miglioramento organizzativo, rappresentando un modello di efficacia nel lavoro a fianco del business e della linea.

L’HR Director EMEA sarà responsabile del presidio di tutti i processi HR di Paese e della Region (i.e. Talent Acquisition & Retention, Sviluppo, Relazioni Sindacali, Payroll & Reward, Amministrazione, etc.), lavorando in maniera sinergica con il business e con il proprio team HR.

Particolare attenzione sarà dedicata a:

- Gestione del cambiamento aziendale;
- Promozione della cultura HR in azienda e supporto all’evoluzione delle pratiche HR;
- Attraction e Retention dei talenti in azienda.
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in posizioni HR che abbiano consentito di acquisire competenze strategiche ed operative a tutto tondo nella funzione HR
- Alto senso etico
- Visione, competenza e sensibilità nella gestione HR in contesti industriali
- Capacità di indirizzo del cambiamento delle sinergie ed ottimizzazioni organizzative
- Cultura del servizio e dell’efficienza
- Sensibilità internazionale/interculturale
- Efficacia nel lavoro in squadra con i team dei vari processi aziendali e con il top management
- Ottimo standing personale e relazionale (interno ed esterno); capacità di ascolto, comunicazione ed influenza nel day by day
- Inglese fluente
- Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti in ambito nazionale ed internazionale.
