Ali spa - Agenzia per il lavoro di Crema - Cerca per azienda cliente settore elettrico un PROJECT MANAGER.

La risorsa svolgerà le seguenti attività:

- Redazione progetti preliminari di messa a norma e riqualificazione energetica di impianti di pubblica illuminazione;
- Coordinamento esecuzione puntuale delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria programmata; pronto

intervento, controlli ed ispezioni periodiche;
- Programmazione delle attività tecnico-operative finalizzate alla esecuzione delle opere e delle commesse;
- Elaborazione e gestione della reportistica, cantierizzazione, avanzamento lavori, controllo milestones

contrattuali;
- Assistenza tecnico-operativa in cantiere, pianificazione ed ottimizzazione fasi lavorative, tempistiche di esecuzione;
- Collaborazione agli studi di fattibilità, elaborazione di business plan, budget di commessa, cost control;
- Coordinamento e supervisione team operativo;
- Supporto tecnico alle attività commerciali, valutazione offerte;
- Gestione, formazione, sviluppo del personale operativo;

Requisiti:

- Laurea in ingegneria Elettrica;
- Breve esperienza pregressa in analoga posizione;
- Ottima conoscenza di leggi (D.lgs 50/2016, Codice degli appalti) e norme (UNI-CEI) che regolano il settore di attività;
- Padronanza nell'utilizzo di strumenti informatici (MS Office, Web, CAD, calcoli illuminotecnici,...), di pianificazione, programmazione e progettazione assistita.
- Flessibilità, disponibilità, attitudine a operare in team
- Concretezza, proattività, orientamento ai risultati, capacità di problem solving
