- JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Intern will assist the WHS E-Commerce Manager in the daily activities related to the coordination of the WHS E-Commerce channel managing Wholesale customers operating online and selling EssilorLuxottica brands and products through their E-Commerce websites. He/She will be a valuable support for the team in the management of the online business, participating in the creation and in the sharing of the E-Commerce Wholesale strategy and guidelines with Markets and relevant Corporate stakeholders and ensuring their right execution. The Intern will have a relevant role in the delivery of ad hoc projects and analysis on the- E-Commerce environment (sales data, brands distribution, websites analytics and traffic, market trends) to support the growth of the channel and the sustainable evolution of the business in the different business models (optical, multicategory, sport and fashion).- AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Markets coordination and support: frequent interaction with local e-commerce referents to deep dive customers’ performances, support in the supply of digital assets and contents and manage ad hoc requests and dedicated projects for the channel developed in the Subsidiaries. Participation and support in the preparation and coordination of periodical and ad hoc meetings with Markets.
- Reporting and analysis: monitoring of E-Commerce Wholesale performances and KPIs linked to ad hoc projects. E-Commerce trends identification, competition benchmarking and websites analysis together with ad hoc researches to identify actionable insights to develop new business opportunities. Work on different databases to analyse data and translate them in relevant outcomes to be shared with the team and other internal stakeholders.
- Presentations and documents creation: development of contents to be shared internally and externally (clients, external vendors). Support in the creation of Power Point presentations to be used in the discussions with Markets, relevant Corporate functions and Management.
- Alignment with corporate functions: daily interaction with corporate stakeholders (e.g. brand teams, digital marketing) to discuss distribution, strategy and projects related to the E-Commerce Wholesale channel. Sharing of relevant data and information to develop joint analysis and action plans.
- Development and coordination of ad hoc projects: responsibility in the coordination and execution of dedicated projects, gathering data and information from multiple sources, sharing progresses and results with the team and other relevant stakeholders.

- Daily interactions with other internal functions both in Corporate (Brand Teams, Digital Marketing, other WHS and Corporate functions) and in the Markets (WHS E-Commerce local Managers, marketing and commercial local referents)- EXTERNAL:
- Frequent interaction with external vendors for the development of ad hoc websites analysis- TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE- Preferred previous working experience (preferably in the e-commerce and digital field)
- Solid experience with MS Office: Power Point
- Solid experience with MS Office: Excel
- Strong quantitative and analytical mindset
- Good problem solving skills and positive attitude to challenges
- Past experiences in team working and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in the interaction with different audiences
- Strong passion and interest for the E-commerce and Digital world
- Attention to details, organizational and prioritizations skills
- Capability to work independently
- Creative mindset and willingness to bring new ideas
- Abroad experience is a plus
- CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field- LANGUAGES:
