Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and process-driven
**Marketing Controller** to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). He/She will report to the CFO and support operations through proactive steering and control of the business.
He/She will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.

- Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
- Support the creation of business dashboards
- Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
- Support the budgeting process
- Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans
- Support Subsidiary and partner in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments
About You
- Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Administration
- 5-7 years' experience
- Previous experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principles
- Knowledge of marketing metrics
- Knowledge of SAP CO-PA
- English fluency (level C1 CEFR)
- Passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive
