**Posizione**:
HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER & RSPP
La persona inserita risponderà gerarchicamente al Responsabile delle Operation. Avrà la gestione di un Sustainability Manager, due Addetti al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione e si interfaccerà funzionalmente con 4 Addetti SPP; il Ruolo prevede interazioni con tutte le Direzioni aziendali, fino ai livelli apicali.
Esternamente all’Azienda, avrà relazioni con Autorità locali (AUSL, Comune, Provincia, ARPA, etc.), Organizzazioni sindacali RLS, consulenti esterni in ambito sicurezza e igiene sul lavoro.
Dovrà garantire il Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente. In particolare:
- Garantisce che l’Organizzazione sia informata di ogni innovazione legislativa e regolamentare intervenuta nell’ambito della tutela dell’ambiente e della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori, portando all’attenzione della Direzione ogni aspetto rilevante delle stesse.
- È attore nel suggerire possibili soluzioni/miglioramenti in ambito salute, sicurezza e ambiente agli Enti coinvolti, supportandoli nella progettazione, implementazione, comunicazione e coordinamento di tutti i programmi di miglioramento.
- Organizza le attività necessarie alla individuazione dei pericoli e alla valutazione dei rischi e all'individuazione delle misure di sicurezza, salute ed ambientali per le attività svolte all’interno dell’Azienda, misurando le performance.
- Elabora statistiche sugli infortuni, analizza i trend e propone eventuali misure di prevenzione e protezione.
- Coordina audit in materia di salute e sicurezza, ambiente e Qualità in tutti i luoghi di lavoro dell’Azienda.
- Facilita una cultura virtuosa in tema di Qualità, Ambiente e Salute e Sicurezza.
- Riesamina le politiche aziendali e le procedure in materia di Qualità, Ambiente e Salute e Sicurezza per assicurare che le stesse siano attuali ed appropriate, evidenziando aree dove è richiesta formazione e sviluppo delle Risorse.
**Requisiti**:
- Titolo di studio tecnico, preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria.
- Esperienza almeno quinquennale nel Ruolo, in Azienda manifatturiera metalmeccanica complessa e modernamente organizzata.
- Competenze manageriali nella gestione di un team e capacità di relazionarsi con autorevolezza a qualunque livello interno ed esterno all’Azienda.
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese.
