**Program Manager**:
**Main activities**:
Overseeing the progress of job orders;
Planning of new activities;
Customer relationship management;
Supporting the purchasing department;
Drafting project documentation and reporting.

**Technical skills required**:
Knowledge of project management techniques (WBS, Gantt, CPM, Waterfall, etc.);
Use of job planning software (Microsoft Project, Projectlibre, etc.);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in business/management science, management engineering or equivalent culture.

**Completing the profile**: excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and organize one's time efficiently.
