TXT Group, for a major client in the aviation industry, is looking for an E3 (Electromagnetic Environmental Effects) Expert for aircraft and apparatus activities related to the aircraft design, development and certification/approval process.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Aircraft**:
Support EMH protection design of development and production aircraft;
Evaluation, validation and approval of aircraft modifications proposed by other agencies;
Preparation of overall aircraft configuration analyses;
Supporting the maintenance of aircraft EMC ESD HIRF and TEMPEST clearances;
Issuing EMH analysis documentation of prototype configuration;
Supporting the updating of SQS EMC and TEMPEST.

**Apparatus**:
Definition of EMC, LEMP and NEMP qualification requirements in accordance with regulations;
Evaluation of EMC, LEMP and NEMP qualification procedures in accordance with the equipment specification and in accordance with the applicable regulations;
Monitoring of EMC LEMP and NEMP qualification activities from suppliers;
Evaluation, review and approval of EMC LEMP and NEMP qualification reports from suppliers;
Definition of NH qualification requirements in accordance with regulations;
Evaluation of NH qualification procedures in accordance with equipment specification and in accordance with regulations;
Monitoring of NH qualification activities from suppliers;
Evaluation, review and approval of NH qualification reports from suppliers.

**Required technical skills**:
Prior experience of at least 3 years in E3 activities preferably in the aviation field;
Good knowledge of E3 issues at both apparatus and aircraft level and applicable standards (Example MIL-STD-464C, MIL-STD-461G, RTCA/DO-160G or similar);
Knowledge of avionics, airborne systems, and aircraft capabilities;
Knowledge of military aircraft certification logic.

**Optional technical skills**:
Basic knowledge of aeronautics;
A propensity for teamwork and leadership complete the profile.
