_Product & Materials Designer _

**TASKS**
- Prototipazione e sperimentazione volte allo sviluppo materiali e al loro testing nell’ambito dei progetti di ricerca europei, relativi ai prodotti Mogu, sia Acoustic che Floor;
- Supporto allo sviluppo e prototipazione di nuovi protocolli formulativi volti alla crescita di materiali semilavorati sostenibili per l’interior design, in particolare a base di fibra, pressati e non, a partire dalla tecnologia micelio e dal know-how Mogu per adattarli a processi tecnologici standard;
- Supporto alla progettazione, sviluppo e testing di nuovi prodotti sostenibili per l’interior design, in particolare di pannelli bio-based, pressati e non, a partire da tecnologie industriali esistenti, anche in combinazione con la tecnologia micelio
- Supporto alla conduzione di ricerche di mercato per l’analisi dei prodotti competitors
- Supporto alla ricerca iniziale di fornitori, in particolare per lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti;
- Supporto al team di Produzione per l’implementazione di progetti speciali, con elementi di customizzazione e non;
- Supporto al Marketing e al Commerciale per la produzione di elaborati grafici

**SKILLS**
- Laurea Triennale o Master in Design Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Interior Design o equivalenti
- Interesse per i materiali e sostenibilità, opzionale la conoscenza dei processi di biofabbricazione
- Solida conoscenza di Rhinoceros e Adobe
- Attitudine alla prototipazione e al lavoro manuale (hands-on skills)
- Capacità organizzative nell’archiviazione, reportistica e design degli esperimenti da condurre
- Fluente in Inglese, scritto e parlato

- Product & Materials Designer_

**TASKS**
- Support for the design, development and testing of new sustainable products for interior design, in particular bio-based panels, pressed and non-pressed, starting from existing industrial technologies, also in combination with mycelium technology
- Support for the development and prototyping of new formulation protocols aimed at the growth of sustainable semi-finished materials for interior design, in particular fiber-based, pressed and non-pressed, starting from mycelium technology and Mogu know-how to adapt them to standard technological processes;
- Support for conducting market research for the analysis of competitor products
- Support for the initial research of suppliers, in particular for the development of new products;
- Support to the Production Team for the implementation of commissioned special projects, with custom or standard features;
- Support to the Sales & Marketing team for the production of graphic works

**SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Design Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Interior Design or equivalent
- Interest in materials and sustainability, optional knowledge of biofabrication processes
- Solid knowledge of Rhinoceros and Adobe
- Aptitude for prototyping and manual work (hands-on skills)
- Organizational skills in archiving, reporting and design of experiments to be conducted
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
