Per la nostra sede di **Milano **o **Roma **siamo alla ricerca di una persona in **stage **da inserire come **Communication Strategist **all’interno del team **Brand Identity, Advertising, **Cultural Projects **, Video and Events **. La struttura ha la responsabilità di garantire l'ideazione, la gestione e lo sviluppo coordinato dell'immagine corporate del brand A2A e delle società del Gruppo; indirizzare le attività di comunicazione corporate e delle società del Gruppo, per promuovere l'immagine aziendale e migliorare la reputazione presso gli stakeholder, in coerenza con la vision, la mission e gli obiettivi di posizionamento dell'azienda

**Ti occuperai di**
- Supporto nella definizione della strategia di comunicazione del Gruppo A2A, in modo coerente con gli obiettivi aziendali, lavorando a contatto con diversi team della direzione Communication, Sustainability & Regional Affairs e con i referenti di comunicazione delle diverse Business Unit e società del Gruppo
- Analisi del posizionamento del brand A2A Life Company e identificazione di opportunità di crescita e miglioramento
- Supporto nella definizione della strategia di brand, dal posizionamento del Gruppo alla sua brand personality, identificando temi strategici da presidiare e costruendo le linee guida per i principali messaggi di brand da veicolare
- Revisione di testi prodotti per diversi canali di comunicazione, dai più istituzionali ai più divulgativi, per assicurarsi che il Tono di Voce di Gruppo sia riconoscibile e coerente, pur declinandosi a seconda del contesto
- Monitoraggio continuativo dei principali trend di mercato, culturali e della società e identificazione di insight rilevanti per la strategia di brand
- Identificazione di opportunità di comunicazione cross-canale che siano coerenti con gli obiettivi di business e con la strategia di brand. Proposta proattiva di progettualità strategiche da portare avanti all’interno del Gruppo
- Supporto nella gestione di progetti di comunicazione particolarmente rilevanti per la strategia di brand, come progetti speciali, brand activation, lancio di nuovi prodotti o aree di business del Gruppo, attività di posizionamento
- Supporto nella gestione dei Progetti Culturali del Gruppo

**Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo**
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Studi Umanistici (Lettere, Storia dell’Arte, Filosofia, Sociologia )
- Rappresenta un plus aver conseguito un Master in ambito affine
- Ottime capacità di analisi del testo, scrittura, comprensione, analisi e organizzazione delle informazioni anche tramite schemi e mappe concettuali
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, soprattutto di Power Point per la creazione di presentazioni accattivanti ed efficaci
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, soprattutto scritta
- Completano il profilo: predisposizione al teamworking, ottime capacità comunicative, spirito collaborativo, problem solving, motivazione e orientamento al risultato, capacità di imparare velocemente e adattarsi al contesto, gestione organizzata del lavoro, proattività
