**Job Position**:Litigation Assistant

**Role Overview**:
Grimaldi Alliance is looking for a **Litigation Assistant **in **Parma**.
- Manage independently Consolle Avvocato (previous in-depth knowledge of Consolle and the codes for creating files)
- Carry out electronic deposits, electronic notifications and collation of documents
- Drafting of judicial documents both on the merits and of executive, monitor, summary and precautionary processes and letters of formal notice
- Uploading expenses to XLege
- Use the Easylex management system
- Manage mail, phone calls and professionals' agenda
- Manage personal affairs related to the partner
- Manage agenda of hearings and deadlines
- Generic secretarial services, welcoming guests, organizing travel and transfers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or laurea
- 2/3 years of experience in similar or analogous roles in structured law firms
- Contacts with legal practice agencies
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
- Accuracy, punctuality, availability
- Predisposition to work in team with spirit of initiative and problem solving

The profile is completed by: excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
