**Posizione**:
**Sai cos’è la Lead Generation funnel?**

È il processo di acquisizione di nuovi contatti e il loro percorso (immaginato come un imbuto, da cui il termine funnel) fino a diventare clienti.

Il Lead Activator è quella figura attraverso la quale questo processo avviene.

**Ok, ma cosa farai di preciso?**

Gestirai un database contenente tutti i potenziali clienti a cui è stata già presentata l’opportunità di provare il prodotto: li contatterai telefonicamente con l’obiettivo di confermare il loro interesse e chiedere un appuntamento con il Brand Ambassador di riferimento che si occuperà di finalizzare la vendita.

**Come?**
- Supportando tutte le attività di sviluppo commerciale
- Fornendo assistenza outbound
- Valorizzando l’azienda di riferimento e i suoi prodotti
- Occupandoti dell’archiviazione e della gestione dei contatti in database attraverso l’utilizzo di un tool online creato ad hoc (e su cui verrai adeguatamente formato)
- Organizzando e monitorando i contatti tra Brand Ambassador e clienti
- Fornendo reportistiche costanti
- Creando presentazioni mediante l’uso di PowerPoint ed Excel

**Requisiti**:
**Sei tu la persona giusta?**

Sei il profilo che stiamo cercando se ti riconosci nelle seguenti caratteristiche:

- Sei disponibile e manifesti grande predisposizione verso i rapporti interpersonali e non hai nessun problema a relazionarti con persone che non conosci - anzi ti piace
- Dimostri proattività e forte orientamento ai risultati da raggiungere
- Operi efficacemente in team, ma anche in autonomia trovi la giusta motivazione
- Gestisci con razionalità e tempestività gli imprevisti ed eventuali obiezioni da parte dei tuoi interlocutori
- Dimostri abilità e dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di database di clienti e software quali MS Office
- Hai esperienza come receptionist o in call center (gradita esperienza in chiamate outbound)
