Per multinazionale con oltre 30.000 dipendenti nel mondo selezioniamo un Cold End Production Manager che, a diretto riporto del Plant Manager si occuperà di:

- Garantire la conduzione e il coordinamento delle lavorazioni a freddo, gestendo c.ca 60 risorse
- Verificare l'adeguatezza del programma di produzione con le possibilità tecniche di Stabilimento coordinandosi con Plant Manager
- Verificare attraverso i diversi strumenti aziendali l'andamento qualitativo/quantitativo della produzione e la corretta applicazione delle procedure
- Ricercare o proporre interventi per il miglioramento degli impianti cold-end applicando i principi della lean production
- Partecipare alle visite ispettive interne e promuovere le azioni correttive a fronte delle non conformità interne ed esterne rilevate.
- Controllare e garantire il rispetto dei budget, la costruzione degli stessi per i costi fissi di riferimento e pianificare le esigenze di Stabilimento legate ad investimenti
- Garantire le migliori performance, collaborando con la funzione manutenzione e qualità
- Partecipare a work team europei e internazionali per lo sviluppo delle best practice relative alla propria area di competenza
- Individuare in collaborazione con i team leader cold-end le criticità del singolo articolo in modo da proporre soluzioni tecniche che possano garantire le migliori performance nel rispetto dei budget e degli standard di qualità.
