La risorsa individuata sarà responsabile delle vendite dei servizi dell'agenzia, di fornire informazioni ai potenziali ospiti e di gestire le prenotazioni garantendo la soddisfazione di ogni ospite.

Nello Specifico la risorsa sarà responsabile di:

- Supportare e guidare tutti gli aspetti dell’Ufficio prenotazioni, garantendo il raggiungimento dei livelli di occupazione più elevati possibili;
- Redigere un’appropriata reportistica sul controllo qualità delle prenotazioni;
- Rispondere a tutte le telefonate in modo efficiente e cordiale in linea con gli standard dell’azienda.
- Possiede una comprovata conoscenza dell'hospitality e dei servi connessi;
- Possiede una comunicazione efficace ed è in grado di lavorare per priorità;
- Ha un occhio particolare ai dettagli tale da non compromettere la qualità del servizio;
- È capace di lavorare in team e di costruire solide relazioni professionali.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.

Orario di lavoro: Full-Time

Luogo di lavoro: Sorrento - Sorrento.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 7 mesi

Retribuzione: €800,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
