- Define an ambitious national and international business strategy to increase company turnover and market profitability of the products
- Implement the defined commercial policy in the territory and define new targets
- Define and monitor key sales KPIs to analyze product performance in the market
- Control commercial activities and define appropriate marketing policies
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and key requirements
- Manage negotiations with key buyers from large organized distribution
- Play a fundamental role in generating new sales that will turn into lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Excellent knowledge of the DIY channel
- Experience in an international sales role, preferably with experience with DIY customers
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and a second language (preferably German)
- Teamwork attitude and predisposition to think in terms of solutions - Willingness to integrate into a dynamic corporate environment with a strong focus on human capital
