Parexel: Senior Manager, Clinical Operations

This role can be home or office based or a mix of both.The Senior Manager is responsible for the oversight of a team of high level individual contributors or a group of Managers. This includes ensuring successful delivery of his/her organization's project deliverables, on time with high quality. The Senior Manager is responsible to resource client projects suitably developed professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within PAREXEL. The Senior Manager may also be part of a project team and be responsible for successful delivery of his/her own project deliverables, on time with high quality. The Senior Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate. The Senior Manager is responsible to provide expertise and consultation to project teams. The Senior Manager is an experienced leader capable of working independently, under supervision of the Associate Director, Director orSenior Director.Key Accountabilities:
Project Delivery Management and OversightPerformance Management, Staff Development, and Talent ManagementClient Management and Business DevelopmentGeneral Operations and Functional/Business Unit ManagementQualificationsKnowledge and Experience:
Substantial monitoring/data management experience as a CRA in clinical research with strong knowledge of clinical trials environment, with applicable experience in a management position. Experience managing CRAsEducation:
Educated to degree level within a science disciplineLanguage Skills:
