Your ‘day to day’:
As Associate IT Analyst / IT Analyst you will be part of our IT Operation Team and you will be reporting to the Senior IT Analyst. The position will be based at Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. (Bologna).

In your role, you will participate in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions and IT processes. Assist in analyzing and defining information and technical needs to support decision making.

Specific for IT Analyst role: you will also engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the IT landscape

Your Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.
- Build understanding and adhere to relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.
- Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies.

Accountabilities specific for Associate IT Analyst
- Acquire knowledge of IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions
- Participate in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services in line with the annual and long-range plans

- Support in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional teams, in line with the annual and long-range plans.

Who we are looking for:

- University degree (Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT
- Experience in multinational companies
- Fluent English
- Experience in Agile and ITIL frameworks nice to have
- Associate IT Analyst: up to 2 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function - Understanding of Project Management methodology
- IT Analyst: 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function - Experience in Project Management and Service Management
