Vende ai clienti i prodotti KFC seguendo le indicazioni degli standard aziendali. Prepara prodotti fritti (i.e. patatine) e le altre tipologie di prodotti in maniera efficiente, efficace e conforme agli standard mantenendo, nel mentre, pulite e ordinate le attrezzature e gli utensili utilizzati

Il Team Member prepara i prodotti di vendita seguendo le norme HACCP, li confeziona, elabora gli ordini e serve il cliente garantendo velocità, precisione e cortesia. In ogni fase, rispetta le procedure operative KFC e mantiene l’ambiente riassortito, pulito e sicuro.

RESPONSABILITÀ
- Adempiere a tutti i regolamenti e le procedure operative in ogni momento, incluse quelle relative alle uniformi.
- Eseguire le operazioni di apertura e chiusura del negozio come specificato dal Management.
- Vendere i prodotti utilizzando le linee guida suggerite dagli standard aziendali.
- Approcciarsi e trattare il cliente in maniera educata, amichevole ed efficiente.
- Servire e confezionare tutti i prodotti nelle misure e nei quantitativi richiesti.
- Preparare le varie tipologie di prodotti rispettando le procedure aziendali.
- Confezionare e servire le diverse tipologie di prodotti con le modalità richieste.
- Preparare le confezioni e assicurare un adeguato rifornimento delle postazioni.
- Tenere pulite le aree di confezionamento e le relative attrezzature come da standard richiesti.
- Garantire un corretto utilizzo delle attrezzature destinate alla conservazione del prodotto, monitorando le temperature e le altre funzionalità.
- Svolgere compiti di Lobby Host (personale di sala) per tenere pulita e ordinat l’area destinata al consumo e il bancone.
- Usare il registratore di cassa secondo le modalità indicate.
- Attenersi alle procedure di gestione del contante e seguire le misure di sicurezza specificate dal Management.
- Attenersi a tutte le regolamentazioni relative alla salute e sicurezza propria, dei colleghi e dei clienti.
- Mantenere la pulizia e il decoro degli spazi rispettando di standard di igiene predefiniti.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con gli altri membri dello staff e sviluppare uno spirito di lavoro di gruppo.
- Mantenere l’ambiente di lavoro sicuro e adempiere alle proprie responsabilità in maniera sicura.
- Come richiesto, imparare a servire ai clienti i prodotti KFC.
- Soddisfare ogni ragionevole richiesta del Management di adempiere a ulteriori compiti.

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time

Retribuzione: a partire da €600,00 al mese
