Per il potenziamento dei nostri team, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo da inserire come Agile Project Manager. La risorsa verrà inserita ?interno della Direzione di Development Operations e farà parte di uno dei team di sviluppo di Confidenzialetilizzando un approccio Agile, il Project Manager avrà la responsabilità di analizzare costi benefici e rischi del Confidenzialei organizzare, in collaborazione con il team, le attività di sviluppo, di assegnare le adeguate risorse e di monitorarel?avanzamento nel rispetto della qualità, delle tempistiche e del budget concordati con la Direzione aziendale. Avrà inoltre la responsabilità di informare tutti gli stakeholder sul corretto avanzamento del Confidenzialea attraverso meeting che producendo reportistica dedicata.:
Capacità di valutare costi, benefici e rischi complessi;
Pregressa esperienza maturata in Confidenziale medie
- Grandi dimensioni che operano in ambito sviluppo SW con approccio Agile;
Leadership, spirito di iniziativa, proattività e capacità decisionale;
Forte attitudine alla risoluzione di problemi;
Tensione verso il raggiungimento di obiettivi ambiziosi;
Ottima conoscenza della Suite Office;
Ottima conoscenza di Atlassian JIRA e confluence;
Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese; PREFERENZIALI
Passione per i videogiochi;
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica e similari;
Esperienza nella gestione software in ambito videoludico anche ; COSA
