È attiva la selezione di una figura per l’area Sales presso la nostra azienda.

**Responsabilità**:

- Gestione dei clienti presenti nel portafoglio attivo, con azioni di fidelizzazione e supporto commerciale anche nella fase di post-vendita (previa formazione specifica sulla tipologia dei prodotti e sul processo organizzativo di sviluppo prodotto e produzione).
- Sviluppo e consolidamento nel mercato estero principalmente mercato spagnolo e LATAM.
- Analisi delle opportunità di espansione in mercati esteri e definizione delle strategie per l’ingresso e lo sviluppo dei nuovi mercati individuati.
- Stipula di accordi commerciali con il supporto di altre figure presenti in azienda come direzione e responsabili tecnici.

**Qualifiche**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo sales di almeno 5 anni, preferibilmente nel settore metalmeccanico.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
- Gradita la conoscenza della lingua spagnola o di una seconda lingua.
- Capacità di organizzare il lavoro in autonomia, tracciando l’avanzamento lavori e dei risultati tramite reportistica.
- Conoscenza delle strategie di marketing e delle tecniche di transazione e negoziazione.
- Ottime doti di mediazione e coordinamento.
- Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali.
- Intraprendenza, dinamicità e spirito d’iniziativa completano il profilo.
