**The Role**
As we are continuing our growth journey in our B2B Sales organisation, we’re now recruiting for our first **Enterprise Business Development Manager** with **Europe** as a market. The task is to build on the EasyPark success across Europe, by establishing and continuously improving our go to market approach towards the top European Corporate accounts.
As an **Enterprise Business Development Manager,** you will have the opportunity to co-create and develop our sales motion towards the top Corporate prospects and accounts within Europe. In this, you'll make a significant impact in the way EasyPark Group operates and succeed with our Corporate offering. We start with you but we don't plan to stop there, when you are reaching your goals we do see this as a growth area that offers further opportunities and career progression.
We don’t know you yet but we believe that you are positive and self-motivated, contributing both socially and professionally to a strong team culture. You understand the importance of being coachable and constantly developing your skills.
**You will contribute and make an impact through**:
- Identifying and targeting key enterprise accounts within Europe.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within fleet management.
- Exploring global opportunities and setting up pan European agreements for companies operating in multiple countries.
- Driving the entire sales cycle from close involvement in lead generation to closing deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborating with our international sales and cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful targeting, offering, commitment and implementation as well as overall customer satisfaction.
- Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
- Proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales as well as in offering SaaS solutions across Europe.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
- Quality-driven approach, ensuring high standards in sales processes and customer interactions.
- Fluency in both spoken and written **English** and **another European language**.
