DSV is organised into three divisions offering a complete range of services to support our customers’ entire supply chain:

- Air & Sea - transportation by air and sea
- Road - transportation by road
- Solutions - warehousing and logistics services

For our office in **Limito di Pioltello (MI)** we are looking for a **Manager, RSSC**

**Responsibility**
- To support the countries / entities within his scope of responsibility with clear and objective advises and comments on different daily business and financial matters based on the performance of each entity.
- To provide Operations with a means of guidance on the decisions regarding entity’s Finance performance.
- Analyse, improve, challenge and optimize the different processes regarding the estimations of the work in progress and gross profit.
- Ensure that the local controlling team provides relevant and correct feedback towards RSSC in terms of monthly comments, business cases, ad-hoc request.
- Evaluate and assess the site results and propose different initiatives to improve profitability towards long term Group targets
- Ensure the forecast of the month with the evolution of the business is provided by the Controlling team to the site managers / Local / Regional MD’s.
- Lead the local budget process in order to ensure that the Group / Regional deadlines are met.
- Follow-up together with the Local team the balance sheet reconciliations and escalate any risk we might have.
- Ensure the Local Controlling team follows-up on the Webcost / Operational KPI’s.
- Ensure that the different Financial processes are respected locally not only by the Finance employees but also Operational persons.
- Ensure that the Local team supports the preparation of the Local GAAP reporting as well as participate in the audit of the Local accounts.
- Responsible that the Local team assists with the IFRS audit by providing local relevant information requested by the auditors.
- Lead the Rolling Forecast process in order to ensure that the Group / Regional deadlines are met.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of the synergy business cases.

**Your Background**
- Qualified Controller with at least 5 years of proven controlling experience with solid experience in Finance, Business Performance, Planning and analysis.
- MS Office and SAP BPC / ERP.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
