For our project start-up team based in Rome and focused on projects in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a
**Project Control Expert**.

**He/she will be responsible fo**r:

- To perform advanced professional work related to variety of planning and control assignments
- To review and process comprehensive plan amendments, annexations, etc.
- To performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved plans
- To evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities
- To prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications
- To participates in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures
- To support Company Cost Control Dept in issuing consistent reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5yrs of experience
- Well-developed knowledge of one or more planning disciplines, such as urban design, affordable housing, economic development or land use
- Knowledge and experience in construction processes
- Knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of research and data collection
- Knowledge of effective writing techniques
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software programs, which must include Primavera P6;
- Full command of the English language;
- Must be available for travel to Saudi.
