Publishing Coordinator

Adecco Italia SPA is looking for a resource for an American multinational company, operating in various sectors, to be employed as:
PUBLISHING COORDINATOR

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor marketing campaigns developed by licensees that align with the Company's specific marketing strategies and meet branding requirements.
- Give monthly report to the Director and Vice President of Print Licensing on competitive landscape with emphasis on emerging trends and opportunities for the Company to take advantage of these trends
- Monitor submissions from licensees for marketing collateral to support global partworks
- Monitor royalty reports in the Company's systems and share reports on updated full year values based on actual revenue earned by the partworks licensees
- Update the partworks catalogue and share with global and regional teams.
- Monitor digital marketing activations as well as OPA approvals with less or no supervision
- Work on financials and accrual

**Requirements**:

- an undergraduate or graduate degree with a major in business or marketing
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Italian
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Working conditions:
