**COMMODITY MANAGER - RUBBER / COMPOSITE / PLASTIC**
Job location: Turin area
- The selected resource will be integrated into a Procurement global team and will be in charge for the following key activities:
- leading commodity strategy and managing commodity budgets;
- managing supplier relationships;
- defining the regional supplier panel (with focus on razionalization of panel) and building and providing suppliers lists to Project Buyers;
- managing RFQ, offer evaluation, negotiation & contracting; developing agreements;
- driving selection processes and new suppliers introductions;
- driving suppliers performance reviews;
- assuring sourcing competitiveness for the commodity assigned;
- assuring that cost reduction targets are met.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Engineering Master Degree or similar background
- At least three years of qualified Procurement experience in a structured and global environment, dealing with Rubber / Composite / Plastic supplies
- Business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Commitment, precision, flexibility, proactivity, reliability
- Self-organization/self-motivation oriented mindse
- tExcellent team-work attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for frequent business travels with short notice
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines
- Proficiency in English
