**Purpose of the position**:
CBS HR Services Country HR advisor provides local operational support for the various country
business units and legal entities, and supports the respective management teams with local HR
issues and initiatives.
- Provision of local HR support and training to all Hiab, Kalmar and MacGregor business units in the country; collaborating with and interfacing between local line managers, HRBP’s and CBS HR Services teams
- Day to day management of Employee Relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR Policies & Procedures
- Ensuring cost efficient and customer driven service and vendor management
- Supporting the implementation/harmonization of applicable HR initiatives, projects and processes, whether driven from the country, or Cargotec

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Attend and provide meaningful local HR input, support and advice to local management
- team, with particular focus on HR global processes, policies, and PDP lifecycle including
- development plan.
- Effective resolution of local site operational issues, including blue collar & white collar
- issue.
- Support the Country HR M. in developing, implementing and maintaining local HR policies,
- ensuring ongoing legal compliance
- Oversee compliance responsibilities, such as payroll, pensions, insurances, data
- protection, etc
- Manage relationships with the various pensions and insurance benefit providers and
- ensure cost effective service deliver to a high standard
- Support and cooperate with Country Hr M. in providing local support on local HR
- generalist activities including reorganization, restructures, recruitment, and terminations,
- up to appropriate grade level of target population.
- Support line managers in selection and (where appropriate) delivery of local training
- activities
- Collaboration with QHSE teams on general Health & Safety and Occupational Health issues

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Education (desirable)
- Professional certifications or qualifications in HR, Business administration
- Relevant Bachelor or Masters-level degree

Experience
- 5 years seniority in HR specialist role
- Substantial experience of managing a wide range of HR issues in a significant sized
- business comprised of multiple business units
- Strong knowledge and experience of all key HR processes
- Demonstrable capability, confidence and experience to face significant issues locally
- without high level of independency

Close cooperation with Business Area country management, HR Legal as well as employee and union representatives, external vendors and CBS HR Services teams.
