**Position Overview**
EPI-USE Labs is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful boutique software and managed services vendor in the SAP market space, and play a pivotal role in a period of continued growth in the region.
Part of Group Elephant, EPI-USE Labs is a global, privately owned organisation that develops leading-edge, off-the-shelf products and services for clients who run SAP. Our portfolio comprises software for Application Lifecycle Management, Human Capital Management, and Privacy for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. In addition, software-driven transformation services, cloud migration, SAP landscape managed services, and custom developments based on BTP.
With over 25 years of SAP domain experience, EPI-USE Labs is now a global company with hubs throughout Europe, North America, Australia, the Philippines, South Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. EPI-USE Labs has over 1,700 clients across 52 countries, spanning many industry sectors including Retail, Utilities, Finance, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Publishing, and Public Sector.
EPI-USE Labs is comprised of the following areas:
- Traditional proprietary software for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors
- Selective Data Transformation Services for SAP for Business and Technology domains
- Data Privacy software and SAP GRC consulting
- Custom Development Services (BTP etc.)
- Cloud migration & optimisation services
- SAP Landscape Managed Services

**Country Sales Manager - Italy**
**Role overview**:
With the continued success of EPI-USE Labs Italy, we are looking to appoint a Regional Executive within the business. This dynamic, commercial role will work alongside our European business and will be supported by our team based in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
Leveraging your existing client and partner network within the SAP ecosystem, the Regional Executive will be responsible for winning new business and managing existing clients in Italy.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Using your existing client and partner network, generate revenue from software and its respective implementation, training, and IP-leveraged consulting services to exceed quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
- Management of existing client accounts to ensure the successful adoption of solutions and ongoing utilization to cultivate these accounts to maximise revenue
- Develop and execute account and partner strategies to maximize win rate in high-value opportunities

**Requirements**:
- A self-starter, who is passionate, and self-motivated, with the ability to work on your initiative
- A proven commercial track record/client and partner network within the SAP software ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to large audiences ranging from professional SAP users to CIOs
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English
- A technical understanding of the SAP domain is a distinct advantage
- The ability to travel freely throughout Italy
**Geographical area and remuneration**:
This role is based in Italy. It involves remote work and travels to clients, partners, conferences, and internal meetings. The role comes with a competitive basic salary and sales bonus, pension, Life Insurance, mobile phone, laptop, and private healthcare.
