For a multinational manufacturing company based in Asti, we are looking for an Assistant Plant Controller.
Reporting directly to the Controlling Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- Full responsibility of monthly closing;
- Forecasting & Budgeting activities;
- Coordination and analysis of conversion cost activities of the plants;
- Cost centre analysis;
- Cost of Labour data analysis;
- Capex Analysis;
- P&L and BS understanding;
- Financial KPI analysis;
- Transfer prices policy and analysis;
- Strategic projects cost benefits analysis (Insource, outsource, make or buy, restructuring)
- Variances explanation vs Forecast and checks;
- Monthly operating result revision with top management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Business or Engineering academic background
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Good business English level
- MS Office
- Strong data analytics skills
