**Descrizione posizione**

La risorsa, inserita nel team dedicato, si occuperà di assicurare lo svolgimento delle attività di assistenza técnica di linea programmata e non sullo Scalo di Fiumicino, l’esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione cabina in linea con particolare focalizzazione sugli aspetti di cabin care, garantendo la minimizzazione dei tempi di sosta degli aeromobili nel rispetto delle procedure e delle normative aeronautiche.

Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:

- Assicurare l’effettuazione delle attività di manutenzione di Linea presso lo Scalo di Fiumicino, coerenza con i programmi manutentivi assegnati e con i vincoli normativi e tecnici previsti, operando in stretta integrazione con le funzioni operative e di supporto alla produzione;
- Perseguire gli obiettivi di produzione prefissati, garantendo l’efficiente e l’efficace impiego delle risorse assegnate in un’ottica di integrazione tra le diverse funzioni operative e produttive;
- Garantire la qualità del prodotto e dei processi gestiti, nel rispetto delle procedure definite e nell’ottica di garantire i livelli di servizio stabiliti per la Flotta, curando anche gli aspetti che impattino direttamente sulla percezione del servizio da parte del cliente finale;
- Controllare che le prestazioni rese dai fornitori rispettino i livelli di servizio previsti nei contratti di manutenzione;
- Assicurare in operativo la gestione dei programmi di attività di competenza e le possibili variazioni al fine di minimizzare il costo dell’intervento e l’impatto sui livelli di servizio;
- Assicurare il monitoraggio sui contratti di fornitura servizi di pulizia aeromobili in ambito manutentivo garantendo la certificazione delle prestazioni, consuntivando le attività ai fini amministrativi, facendo escalation per eventuali disservizi da parte dei fornitori;
- Garantire l’housekeeping delle aree di lavoro secondo gli standard aziendali.

Richiediamo:

- Pregressa esperienza nella mansione;
- Possesso della LMA con licenza A350, 777,787 e A320;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte;
- Proattività, problem solving ed ottime doti relazionali completano il profilo.
