**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are looking for **Uniforms Programme Manager.**

The identified resource will be responsible for:

- Manage the end-to-end uniforms programme, from establishing a rapport with the supplier/sponsor, negotiate timelines that align with internal milestones, like design and look and feel.
- The Manager is also responsible for leading negotiations with the supplier to guarantee deliveries are efficient and meet the OCOG’s requirements.
- Additionally, the Manager must work closely with internal functions and senior leadership to ensure the programme is within budget, that the uniform kits align with the IOC and brand requirements and consistent across all populations, including other contractor and service provider uniforms.
- Development and implementation of Uniforms policies and procedures for Games participants in accordance with the Olympic Charter, the IOC and IPC guidelines, and the Host City Contract.
- Direct and manage a team of Managers, Coordinators, Specialists, and volunteers.
- Liaise with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient accreditation process prior to and during the Games, including contractor organisations.
- Manage the uniform distribution process across the dedicated venues, mainly from the Uniform and Accreditation Centres (UAC) that will offer complete and dedicated services to Games populations.
- Support the wider team and Head of Accreditation with relevant projects.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of the Olympic and Paralympic uniform programme and process, service levels and specificities of this category.
- Games and/or events experience at a management level in at least one other global multi-sport event.
- Proven project, risk and business management skills, and a working knowledge of project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-layered project independently and take ownership of operations and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills and database management desired.
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with other departments.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to manage high workload via effective time management and use of resources.
- Highly numerate, good IT (Information Technology) skills, detail-conscious and well-organised
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Italian, English (full professional proficiency), Spanish, French is desired.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of accreditation systems and database management.
