Job Description PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE Responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of educational and training programs that coincide with company direction and strategy. Manage relations with clinicians, KOLs, key customers, speakers, and sales representatives to assure the successful operation of each program. Maintains speaker database, reviews and provides feedback on course evaluations, ensures all program expenses get submitted in a timely manner, obtains project numbers to accurately track program expenses, and enters all program-related costs into budget database. Responsible for strategy, success and outputs of local tradeshow and events strategy and execution. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage primary functions for training and education programsManage monthly reporting systems including Bowlers for Policy DeploymentDevelop course scheduling strategies and supervise ongoing calendar of eventsDevelop and maintain working relationships with speaking clinicians and key customersMaintains speaker database, reviews and provides feedback on course evaluationsRecommend speakers to key customers, associations, and dental association meetings based on company focus and goalsOversee the procedures and protocol of the surgical suiteManagerial responsibilities include the direct leadership, development and alignment of four Regional T&E Managers includingtheir T & E & Events Coordinators. Carries out leadership responsibilities including:
training; planning; assigning and directing work; setting performance goals/development objectives; appraising performance; rewarding; motivating; providing coaching/feedback; engaging and disciplining employees; authorizing time off and personal leave of absences; addressing compliance, coaching for solving problems and conflict resolution.Implement EBS SW incl.
