What to Expect
- Are you ready to embark on an exciting career that combines technical expertise, travel, and a passion for customer satisfaction?
- Tesla is seeking skilled and dedicated Field Service Technicians to join our team and support our operations across Tesla service centers, delivery operations, factories, and ports mainly in the Central Europe region.
- The Field Service team quickly deploys to operations in need of critical support to handle large backlogs and help with high spikes in workloads. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, ensuring smooth operations, and delighting our customers at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do
- Field Operations Excellence: Travel across the EMEA region to various service centers, delivery operations, factories, and ports. You will become our on-site expert, performing maintenance and repairs of Tesla vehicles. Your technical prowess and attention to detail will ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Customer Service Champion: Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction. You will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and provide technical support to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations will be key to your success
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions. You will analyze complex problems, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, service managers, logistics personnel, and customers. You will coordinate service activities, share knowledge, and provide valuable feedback to enhance overall service delivery
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict safety standards and comply with all relevant regulations and protocols. You will proactively identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers

What You’ll Bring
- Technical Proficiency: A strong background in vehicle electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex issues or similarly related transferable skills. Completed education as an automotive service technician is mandatory
- Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are attentive to customer needs, and strive to exceed expectations
- Problem-Solving Skills: A natural problem solver with the ability to analyze situations, think critically, and develop innovative solutions. You thrive in challenging environments and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region, often at short notice, and work in diverse locations and environments. You are adaptable and can adjust to changing priorities and work effectively within a dynamic team
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian. You can effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A valid European passport, valid driving license and a clean driving record are required
