**Plant Controller**
(lo stabilimento impiega circa 160 risorse)

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Redigere report periodici per il controllo delle attività di plant sulla base dell’analisi gestionale del business;
- Supervisionare e collaborare alla definizione di eventuali ulteriori report di controllo per migliorare la qualità dei dati e delle informazioni gestionali;
- Raccogliere e consolidare i dati gestionali di Plant;
- Supervisionare e collaborare alla redazione mensile del Dashboard, contenente le informazioni quantitative ed economiche dell’attività e della redditività del business, da integrare ove richiesto con analisi per singola attività e progressivamente con KPI di performance interna;
- Assicurare la corretta analisi mensile dell’andamento del business redigendo un Report Operativo completo;
- Coordinare la stesura del budget annuale di prodotto e le relative revisioni periodiche;
- Assicurare la corretta analisi degli scostamenti dal budget;
- Partecipare attivamente ai progetti trasversali di miglioramento (con altre funzioni societarie e/o con altre Società del Gruppo).
- Assicurare la corretta implementazione della metodologia del WCM in ottica Cost Deployment.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline Economiche e/o Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Esperienza mínima di 3/4 anni nel controllo di gestione industriale all’interno di aziende strutturate e modernamente organizzate operanti nel settore automotive o manifatturiero.
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office e capacità di elaborazione dei dati;
- Conoscenza di uno dei principali ERP;
- Capacità di resistenza allo stress;
- Precisione e determinazione completano il profilo.
